This is the round table discussion led by Michael Jenkins as part of his Insight featured throughout August on the Future Work Forum website. He will explain how Motivational Interviewing (MI) can be used in leadership development, though it is more commonly associated with therapeutic or counselling contexts. The core principles of MI—such as empathy, collaboration, and helping individuals explore and resolve ambivalence—are highly relevant.
