Carolina Yeo is an entrepreneur, partner at the Future Work Forum, and an experienced Global Head of Talent Management, People, and Organisation. Over the past few decades, she has led talent management initiatives across Europe, the US, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa for multinational corporations such as Odebrecht, an engineering and construction conglomerate, and AB-InBev, the world’s largest brewer, among others.
Carolina is a firm believer in the need for continuous learning and adaptation, especially in the face of rapid technological evolution, including advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Her passion for education and empowering women to break their own glass ceilings led her to found &ahead, an AI-driven digital platform designed to help career-driven individuals navigate mid-career transitions. The platform also enables companies to tap into this often overlooked talent pool.
In addition to her work with &ahead, Carolina leads strategic projects at the Singapore Leaders Network, helping aspiring Singaporean leaders prepare for regional and global roles. She also plays an active role in venture capital and start-up accelerators, supporting Multiple Capital in its investment efforts and collaborating with Founders Institute on start-up projects.
Carolina is also the founder of Proftrack Ventures, a company dedicated to connecting the world through learning. Proftrack Ventures is one of the few companies to graduate from the Silicon Valley-based Founder Institute accelerator program. Proftrack Ventures currently invests in initiatives such as &ahead GmbH, which supports lifelong learning and mid-career transitions.
