After earning her MBA from San Jose State University (Silicon Valley), Jennifer led international growth for UB Networks (Avaya) and Tandberg (Cisco). After launching Tandberg USA (from Norway) and attaining a MS in Occupational Psychology in London, she founded Next Step in Silicon Valley. Since 2006, she has led team of 40 professionals who have delivered 100 – 5000% return on investment for hundreds of clients across all industries in the Americas, EMEA, & Asia.
