I began my career in recruitment and assessment for various companies, followed by leading global leadership development and executive training at Lufthansa. As former Senior Partner at Winner’s Edge and Master Partner at Management Drives, I guide individuals and organizations through change, collaboration, and leadership success in a VUCA world.
