November 5th was not just ‘fireworks night’ in the UK but also a key date in the FWF Calendar. Eleven partners met in London to review progress over the last year and plan for a busy 2026.
The group had an update on the Middle Manager project and discussed how the Insights programme had worked since its introduction in June. We agreed that covering a new topic every month didn’t allow us enough time to get into it in depth, so for next year we will plan to have one every three months.
To choose the subjects for 2026, the Partners discussed a list of the “Top 10 Future Work issues for CEOs”. There was close agreement amongst the team members on the ranking of the topics and these will be used to put together the programme for next year.
The day ended with a very enjoyable dinner where everyone could relax and continue sharing thoughts about working together on future projects.
