Three new Partners join the Forum

The Future Work Forum is delighted to announce the addition of three new Partners to join the team. This is part of the current plan to expand the size of the group and benefit from a wider variety of contributions to our thinking.

Ian Ayling

Ian brings experience as a senior marketing executive in the FMCG sector and as a Non Executive Director for major national charities.  Ian also shares knowledge as a mentor and coach in areas such as business strategy, organisational change, and culture transformation.

Dominic O’Kelly

Dominic is the Founder and CEO of TR2050, a global research and development platform redefining the future of Reward. He runs a world wide community of global reward leaders, academics, thought leaders, concentrating on the future of total reward as a key element in the evolution of work.

Michael Gassmann

Michael is a jazz musician and software development professional, based in Zurich, who helps teams and leaders shape environments where autonomy and accountability coexist. Michael brings an integrative lens, uniting engineering, organizational development, and the arts.

As these new Partners come on board they will be welcomed by the existing members of the Forum and will join in our exploration of the future of work through discussions, research and writing. They bring personal experience and knowledge from three varied backgrounds which we are sure will add greatly to the combined wisdom of the FWF as a whole.
