Ben is an outstanding facilitator, coach and consultant. He works with senior executives, frontline leaders and teams, drawing on his wide experience of working and consulting in more than 60 countries over the last 25 years.
Ben uses his HR and OD experience and understanding of the principles of dialogue and people-centered systems thinking to strengthen organisations and leadership capability within complex contexts. He supports and coaches individuals and groups in the nonprofit, public and private sectors. In recent years his consultancy focus has been on social impact and in the humanitarian and development sector where he supports leaders at all levels in developing a more inclusive, engaging and effective style of leadership and transforming organisational culture.
