Change doesn’t happen by chance—it’s designed, tested, and scaled.
I’ve spent over 25 years creating communities that drive that kind of change. Trained as an engineer, I moved from construction into the architectural lighting and interiors sector, where I discovered that what truly motivated me wasn’t building structures it was building relationships. That shift led me into the world of Reward, where I saw how much potential there was to modernise outdated corporate systems.
What started as a small network for Compensation and Benefits leaders in London’s financial sector has grown into multiple long-standing professional communities across industries and countries—including networks in Switzerland and the global insurance market all still thriving more than 15 years on.
Today, I’m the Founder and CEO of TR2050, a global research and development platform redefining the future of Reward. TR2050 brings together senior Reward leaders and world-class academics to tackle the toughest questions shaping the future of work, workforce, and pay. Through our three Reward Labs in APAC, EMEA, and North America, we work collaboratively to frame critical challenges, test new models, and scale proven solutions.
