Cliff is Head of Commercial for Innovation Birmingham, the UK’s largest campus dedicated to digital entrepreneurs and SMEs. Innovation Birmingham has over 160 digital companies consisting of 1200+ employees all involved in digital development and includes Serendip, a programme providing large corporates with access to innovation.

As CEO of his own start-up business, Soshi Games, Cliff spent over five years building a digital music-games startup, raising circa £1.3m investment and closing significant licensing deals with bands like Queen, the right holders for The Beatles and The Rolling Stones and record labels like Universal Music and Sony.

Cliff has enjoyed a career for global corporations, having worked in sales, strategy and operations for IT companies including Orange, Hewlett Packard and AT&T and at SME level in the retail and motor trade sectors.

As an Independent coach he helped companies such as Morgan Stanley, EFES-Pilsen and Transport For London create; innovative services, improve strategy creation and increase personnel performance. He has spoken around the world on strategic innovation and entrepreneurship.

Cliff has an MBA from London Business School, a BA(Hons) in International Business and a PGC in Executive Coaching. Cliff has been published in a number of books including; ‘Growth Champions’, ‘Conquering Digital Overload’ and ‘Growing Business Innovation’.
