As CEO of Next Step, a Silicon Valley based consulting company, Jennifer has led transformation of Adobe, Autodesk, Cisco, ShoreTel ++.

Recognizing the global need for business future-readiness, Jennifer founded the Executive Growth Alliance (EGA), a global community of leaders from Global 100 companies, mid-size and scale up companies. Using EGA’s proven peer learning methodology they collaborate virtually (across companies, geographies and industries) to address challenges and co-create new opportunities.

  • Leading global expansion of Tandberg securing over $450 million in partner revenue within 5 years- resulting in successful acquisition by Cisco at 35% above valuation.
  • Increased market valuation by >300% within 5 years for Adobe, ShoreTel + through digital business transformation. Jennifer and Next Step led change management process across sales, channels, operations, product management and marketing for Adobe, ShoreTel, Autodesk, PaloAlo Networks ++.
  • Defined and implemented proven peer learning methodology and platform to facilitate future-ready growth for global leaders including Cisco, IKEA, Norwegian Air, Novartis, Schneider Electric, Wilhelmsen, ++ through EGA Circles.

Jennifer is a well-recognized as a high-impact speaker, and workshop facilitator for Gartner Group, Rotary, YPO, London Board Directors, UC Berkeley Haas School and global industry, corporate and partner conferences. In addition, Jennifer serves as Facilitator in strategy and leadership for Cornell University and regular contributor to CEO Network; Harvard Business Review, and other industry blogs, newsletters and podcasts.

Jennifer earned her MBA from San Jose State University and has a Masters in Occupational Psychology from University of London as well as Bachelor of Science from University of Lousiville.
