Diploma in Psychology – Business/Organizational Psychology, Clinical Psychology and Sports Psychology – postgraduate and continuing education in personal development, psychology, leadership and management results in various titles: NLP Trainer, Systemic Coach, EFT, MD Drives, VUCA Leadership. Learning is a basic need to grow and to adapt.

She started her career doing assessment centers and recruitment for various companies. This was followed by responsibility for the Global Executive Leadership Training and Development at Lufthansa German Airlines. She was Senior Partner at Winner’s Edge Strategy and Change Management Consulting Company, supporting big corporate clients in navigating through change processes. With her own network at Try it Coaching and Consulting and her wide expertise she is working with corporate executives, athletes and in the clinical and university environment. She is Master Partner Germany at Management Drives, an innovative tool-based consultancy, helping individuals and teams in times of remote work to better understand each other and establish the base for efficient team work to succeed in a VUCA World.
