Samreen McGregor is an executive coach and strategic advisor renowned for her innovative approach that spans across business performance, profound behavioural change, and embodied consciousness. Samreen works with c-suite leaders and executive teams, given the disproportionate impact they have on the communities they lead.

Born of Venezuelan and Indian heritage, having lived on 3 continents, Samreen has a BA in Political Science from Colgate University, US, an MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City University, further graduate studies in Psychotherapy from Regents University, London. This is complemented by recent biomedicine studies at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London, and Hands of the Divine Breathwork Facilitation, in San Diego, California, US, reflecting her deep commitment to integrating embodiment and deep healing into how leaders evolve their capabilities.

Samreen’s coaching expertise and accreditation stems from being a core member of the team at Ashridge (now Hult EF), which pioneered executive coaching in the late 1990s, contributing to the accreditation standards used today by the ICF and EMCC.

Samreen is a published author of several books, with her bestselling book ‘Leader Awakened’ winning ‘Highly Commended’ in the Business Book Awards, and a finalist in Institute of Leadership Awards. She contributes to publications like Forbes, CEO Today, Fast Company and HR.com, offering insights into ethical leadership, organisational trauma, and the balance of performance and wellbeing.

Experiencing her young son’s battle with a cancerous brain tumour, alongside an acute awareness of the societal impact of the Covid pandemic and unravelling unstable socio-political-economic environment, has galvanized her advocacy for prevention and healing life’s inevitable adversities and a mission towards ‘awakening’ leaders to how the effects of adversities are a powerful catalyst for growth when acknowledged and worked with skilfully and resourcefully.
